Public schools are the centerpiece of communities across Nebraska. It's where families go for Friday night football games, holiday concerts, and community meetings. They keep our rural way of life alive.

As a proud product of public schools, Jayden understands the importance of advocating for them in the Legislature. He believes the state must take on a larger responsibility for funding public education and ultimately reduce local schools’ reliance on property tax levies to stay afloat.

Jayden believes we must invest in retaining teachers and support them with the resources they need.

He stands with the vast majority of Nebraska voters who rejected schemes to send public dollars to private schools.

Jayden has firmly stood against the rise in political attacks on public schools and educators. He is opposed to anti-American efforts to ban books, criminalize teachers, and politicize school curriculum.
